Travellers wanting to relax and enjoy warm weather
You will be met upon arrival and transferred a short distance to your nearby hotel.
Drive to Puttalam, a small town on Sri Lanka’s northwest coast. Stay in a former family manor house that’s now converted into a six-room boutique hotel. Spend the afternoon reading in a planters’ chair on the verandah or enjoy the hotel pool.

See the coloured houses and residents riding traditional cycles as you explore the city. You can also visit nearby Kalpitiya, known for its seasonal dolphin and whale watching.
Rise early to travel to Wilpattu National Park for a dawn jeep safari. Wilpattu is Sri Lanka’s largest national park and its inhabitants include leopards, sloth bears, crocodiles, spotted deer and a variety of bird species. Afterwards, continue to Anuradhapura, the one-time capital of Sri Lanka.
Visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura, with its rich collection of archaeological and architectural wonders. At the pinnacle of its glory, the former capital extended over 52 square kilometres. See the main stupas and join pilgrims at the sacred Bodhi tree. Afterwards, drive to the east coast and begin your four-night beach stay.
Enjoy three full days on Sri Lanka’s east coast. Your accommodation here sits nestled among the jungle, with the beach at your doorstep. The hotel boasts a wide stretch of private beach with lounge chairs along the sand. It has an inviting swimming pool, a main all-day restaurant, a beach bar and restaurant, a spa and gymnasium. Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as Lion Rock. Explore this ancient city and gardens, climb the 1,200 steps to the top of the rock and see the magnificent Sigiriya rock frescoes. Sigiriya is one of Sri Lanka’s biggest drawcards. Drive to Kegalle and stay on a working tea estate.
